As all items from www.thewarpedboard.com are all custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Simply let us know about any defects/issues via email message within 30 days after receiving your order, and we'll work to ensure your purchase with us is perfect.
NOTE: Please don't mail any items back to us, UNLESS we authorize the return shipment first.
- It's our number one focus to make sure that you are 100% happy with your order. We will always send you a replacement if your item is incorrect from what you originally ordered.
- In the instance that you mistakenly provided us with the wrong information, we're happy to send you a corrected product at a discounted rate.
- In the event of a lost package by USPS, we will send you a replacement at no charge to you.
