***TURN-AROUND TIME***
• Once the order has been placed and we receive the photo from you, we will send a DRAFT/PROOF via Etsy Messenger within 1-2 business days for your approval. WE WILL NOT PROCEED WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL. Once we receive approval for the artwork, we will move forward in the process.
• Banner/Yard Signs - Your order will typically ship within 3 to 5 business days
• Revisions to the original DRAFT/PROOF may alter the timelines that are stated above.
• When submitting a picture, you agree that you own the rights to the picture or have the proper authorization to use it. You also agree that any pictures may be used in our social media and advertising. We are not responsible for any copyright violations regarding the picture(s) you are sending us.
• All orders ship either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground from Corpus Christi, Texas
• An invoice is included in the packaging unless you mark this as a gift at checkout
